摘要
目的观察吸入用布地奈德混悬液与沙丁胺醇交替雾化吸入联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗毛细支气管炎患儿的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年8月至2019年10月收治的80例毛细支气管炎患儿作为研究对象,根据治疗方法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予吸入用布地奈德混悬液与沙丁胺醇交替雾化治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的发热、喘憋、咳嗽、肺部哮鸣音症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3、7 d后,两组的RR、VPEF/VE、TPTEF/TE、TV均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的WBC、NEUT及CRP水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论吸入用布地奈德混悬液与沙丁胺醇交替雾化吸入联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗毛细支气管炎的效果显著,能有效缓解患儿的临床症状,降低其炎症因子水平,改善患儿肺功能指标。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of budesonide suspension for inhalation and salbutamol alternate atomization inhalation combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis.Methods A total of 80 children with bronchiolitis admitted in our hospital from August 2016 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide suspension for inhalation and salbutamol alternate atomization inhalation,and the observation group was given methylprednisolone sodium succinate on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of fever,wheezing,cough and lung wheezing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 and 7 d of treatment,RR,VPEF/VE,TPTEF/TE and TV in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,WBC,NEUT and CRP level in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide suspension for inhalation and salbutamol alternate atomization inhalation combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate in the treatment of bronchiolitis has a significant effect,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce the inflammatory level,and improve the pulmonary function indexes of children.
