摘要
目的探讨腹腔妊娠的临床表现、诊断和治疗策略。方法回顾性分析2014年10月至2020年3月中国人民解放军空军军医大学第一附属医院/西京医院收治的5例腹腔妊娠患者的临床资料。结果5例患者中,2例患者为原发性腹腔妊娠,3例患者为继发性腹腔妊娠。腹腔妊娠患者的临床表现不典型,阴道超声为主要诊断方法。5例患者手术均成功,1例残角子宫破裂继发腹腔妊娠,术中同时行残角子宫切除,胎儿存活,预后良好。结论病史及影像学检查是诊断腹腔妊娠的重要依据,手术治疗是最为直接有效的方法,对于异位妊娠患者,须警惕腹腔妊娠的发生。
Objective To investigate the clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment strategy of abdominal pregnancy.Methods The clinical data of 5 patients with abdominal pregnancy admitted in the first affiliated hospital of PLA air force military medical university/Xijing hospital from October 2014 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 5 cases,2 cases were primary abdominal pregnancy and 3 cases were secondary abdominal pregnancy.The clinical manifestations of abdominal pregnancy patients were not typical,and the vaginal ultrasound was the main diagnostic method.All the 5 patients were successfully operated,1 case had abdominal pregnancy secondary to the rupture of the residual horn uterus,the residual horn hysterectomy was performed at the same time during the operation,and the fetus survived and the prognosis was good.Conclusion Medical history and imaging examination are important basis for diagnosing abdominal pregnancy.Surgical treatment is the most direct and effective method.For patients with ectopic pregnancy,it is necessary to guard against the occurrence of abdominal pregnancy.
