摘要
采用物理化学检验方法,对GCr15SiMn轴承钢连铸坯在锻造前加热过程中发生断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明,GCr15SiMn钢连铸坯心部裂缝是由于钢液最后凝固部分因液态金属没有及时补充即补缩不足而形成,裂缝内存在枝晶簇充分证明补缩不足。连铸坯锻前加热开裂是由于本体存在较大应力与加热时产生的热应力二者共同叠加作用,造成在连铸坯心部原缺陷处产生应力集中并导致内部裂纹与断裂。
The fracture of GCr15SiMn bearing steel billet during heating before forging was analyzed by macro and micro means.The results show that the crack in the core of GCr15SiMn steel continuous casting billet is formed because the liquid metal did not replenish in time,and the presence of dendrite clusters in the fracture is fully proved insufficient reinforcement.The heating cracking of continuous casting billet before forging is caused by the superposition of the large stress and the thermal stress generated during heating,which results in the stress concentration at the original defect of the core of continuous casting billet and leads to the internal crack and fracture.
