摘要
针对某线路列车在实际运营中出现受电弓滑板异常磨耗,结合弓网系统的实际运行工况,对弓网系统的机械、电气和材料匹配特性进行分析,采集弓网运行中的动态参数,对比分析新旧线路的数据,确认引起弓网异常磨耗的主要因素为材料匹配问题,并通过长期跟踪试验确认浸金属碳滑板在该线路上的适用性。
With regards to the abnormal wear of pantograph contact strips in the actual operation trains on a railway line,with connection to the actual operation conditions of the pantograph-catenary system,the mechanical,electrical and material matching characteristics of the pantograph-catenary system are analyzed.The dynamic parameters in the operation of the pantograph-catenary system are collected,and the data of the old and new railway lines are compared and analyzed.The tracking tests have confirmed the applicability of the metal impregnated carbon contact strips on the railway line.
