摘要
目的了解济宁市城乡居民就医行为的差异性,为引导城乡居民合理就医提供有针对性的建议。方法采用分层抽样法抽取济宁市任城区具有代表性的社区和乡镇,选取沟通无障碍的城乡居民242人,采用自编问卷对居民基本情况、就诊单位及就医重视因素展开调查。结果在首选就诊单位上,农村居民多数(69.2%)选择村诊所,而城市居民多数(50.8%)选择市级医院(P<0.05);从选择就诊单位的原因来看,城市居民更看重医疗技术,而农村居民更关注就医的便利性(P<0.05);城市和农村居民身体不适时考虑的因素中,在家庭收入、家庭经济负担大小、距离及医疗报销方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论需加强对城市居民就医流向的合理引导;虽然在农村就医流向上较为合理,但需重点关注农村居民卫生服务利用的经济障碍问题。
Objective To analyze the differences in health care seeking behaviors of urban and rural residents in Jining City,and to provide targeted advice for guiding urban and rural residents to seek rational health care ser-vices.Methods A stratified sampling method was used to extract representative communities and towns in Rencheng District of Jining City.A total of 242 urban and rural residents,who were communicate accessible,were randomly selected for health care seeking behavior questionnaire survey.Results In the preferred first diagnoses institution,the majority of rural residents(69.2%)chose village clinics,while the majority of urban residents(50.8%)chose municipal hospitals(P<0.05).From the reasons for choosing the institution,urban residents were more value medical technology,while rural residents were more concerned about the convenience of medical treatment(P<0.05).Factors considered when urban and rural residents ill,such as income,family economic burden,distance and medical reimbursement,were significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In urban communities,it is necessary to carry out multiple measures to guide the rational flow of health care seeking behavior for residents.The health care seeking behavior in rural areas is more reasonable,and it is necessary to focus on the economic barriers to the utilization of health care services for rural residents.
