摘要
针对高墩大跨度连续刚构桥箱梁开裂、跨中下挠、高墩刚度不足等问题,通过总结以往工程经验及教训,以南醒河特大桥为例,探讨高墩大跨度连续刚构桥的设计对策,主要结论如下:(1)确定合理的箱梁尺寸;(2)设置合理的腹板下弯束;(3)竖向预应力采用低回缩二次张拉锚固系统;(4)加强设计应力控制;(5)加强细节构造设计;(6)以风振舒适度控制高墩横向刚度。
Ai ming at the problems of box girder cracking,mid-span deflection,and insufficient high-pier stiffness of high-pier long-span continuous rigid frame bridges,by summarizing past engineering experience and lessons,taking Nanxinghe Extra Large Bridge as an example,discussion on the design countermeasures of high-pier long-span continuous rigid frame bridges,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Deter mine reasonable box girder dimensions;(2)Set up reasonable web bending beams;(3)Use low-retraction secondary tension anchor system for vertical prestress;(4)Strengthen design stress control;(5)Strengthen the detailed structural design;(6)Control the lateral stiffness of high piers with wind vibration comfort.
