摘要
目的:观察内补黄芪汤辅治下肢静脉曲张性溃疡的临床效果。方法:94例分为两组各47例,两组均创面清创处理,对照组另口服龙血竭片,观察组另用内补黄芪汤煎服,两组均用自制祛腐生肌丹和黄连消炎膏局部换药。结果:治疗1个月后,对照组治愈35例,好转9例,无效3例;观察组治愈43例,好转3例,无效1例。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:内补黄芪汤辅治下肢静脉曲张性溃疡疗效较好。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Neibu Huangqi Decoction on varicose ulcer of lower limbs.Method:94 cases were divided into two groups,with 47 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with wound debridement.The control group were taken Longxuejie Tablets orally while the observation group were treated with Neibu Huangqi Decoction.Both groups were with local dressing of Huanglian Anti-inflammatory Ointment.Result:After 1 month of treatment,35 cases were cured in the control group,9 cases improved,and 3 cases ineffective in the control group while 43 cases were cured,3 cases improved and 1 case ineffective in the observation group.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Neibu Huangqi Decoction is effective on varicose ulcer of lower limbs.
