摘要
目的:观察熊胆开明片对肝经郁热型细菌性角膜炎的作用。方法:60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组均给予多种广谱抗生素滴眼液治疗,观察组加用熊胆开明片。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。细菌清除率观察组略高于对照组(P>0.05),两组患眼疼痛、畏光、流泪、目赤、分泌物量、前房积脓量、角膜荧光染色评分较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),观察组降低程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患眼最佳矫正视力较治疗前均改善(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:熊胆开明片能增强角膜活性,促进角膜溃疡愈合再生,减少角膜瘢痕形成,改善临床症状、体征,提高视力。
Objective:To observe the effect of Xiongdan Kaiming Tablet on bacterial keratitis of stagnant heat in liver meridian type.Method:60 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with a variety of broad-spectrum antibiotic eye drops,and the observation group were treated with Xiongdan Kaiming Tablets.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The bacterial clearance rate of the observation group was slightly higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).The eye pain,photophobia,tearing,red eyes,secretion,anterior chamber empyema,and corneal fluorescence staining scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The degree of decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The best corrected visual acuity of the two groups was improved after treatment compared to that before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiongdan Kaiming Tablets can enhance corneal activity,promote corneal ulcer healing and regeneration,reduce corneal scar formation,improve clinical symptoms and signs,and improve vision.
