基于PLC和气液技术对活塞内冷通道清洗的改进研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前活塞内冷通道的清洗仅使用高压水液对左右通道交替清洗,容易造成内冷通道残留铝屑或异物,可能导致发动机活塞卡死、拉缸,造成废品率较高的问题,提出了一种基于PLC和气液技术控制高压气液轮流冲洗发动机活塞内冷通道的方法及装置,该改进方法及装置解决了现有的高压水清洗活塞内冷通道技术存在容易造成活塞的内冷通道残留金属屑或异物、废品率较高等问题,提高了清洗产品的合格率。 In view of the present within the piston cooling channel only using high pressure water cleaning fluid to the left and right channels alternately cleaning,easy to cause the residual aluminum cold channels or foreign body,which may lead to the death of the engine's live plug and the drawing of the cylinder,resulting in the problem of high rejection rate.A kind of high pressure gas liquid take turns to wash in cold engine piston method and device by using PLC and gas-liquid technology were put forward.The improved method and device solve the problems of the existing high-pressure water cleaning technology of the piston internal cold channel,which is easy to cause the residual metal scrap or foreign matter in the piston internal cold channel,and the high rejection rate,and improve the qualified rate of cleaning products.
