摘要
由于引发呼吸道感染的病原体种类繁多,患者可能携带不止一种病原体,使得新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)的确诊较为困难。而多重核酸即时检验(POCT)可以快速准确、高通量检测出新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者所感染的呼吸道病原体,为临床提供快速可靠的实验室诊断依据。结合2019-nCoV最新研究成果,以及COVID-19诊疗方案(试行第七版)的鉴别诊断的章节,讨论多重核酸POCT检测对COVID-19快速诊断及鉴别诊断的价值,为有效防控COVID-19疫情提供参考。
The confirmed diagnosis of novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)was relatively difficulty because the wide variety of pathogens that cause respiratory infections and patients might carry more than one pathogen.While the point-of–care testing(POCT)of multiple nucleic acid can quickly,accurately and high-throughput detect respiratory pathogens that infected patients with 2019-nCoV,and it could provide a fast and reliable laboratory diagnosis basis for clinical work.This paper combined with the latest research achievement and the chapters of relevant differential diagnosis of the diagnosis and treatment scheme(the 7th version in trial implementation)of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)to discuss the value of multiplex nucleic acid POCT test in the rapid diagnosis and differential diagnosis of COVID-19 so as to provide references for effective preventing and controlling COVID-19 pandemic.
