摘要
在这场新冠肺炎疫情防控阻击战中,中国特色社会主义先进文化制度在统一群众思想、弘扬“大我精神”、净化舆论氛围、规范文化创造、引领青年思想、激发群众斗志等方面发挥了重要作用,为赢得疫情防控阻击战提供了有利的文化氛围和制度保证。基于全球疫情防控的严峻形势及人类“后疫情社会”良性运行的需要,当前有必要就我国文化制度在疫情防控中所展现出的巨大优越性来总结经验,并给人类社会的良性运行以启示:要用统一的科学思想战胜政客的利己主义、用“大我”的核心观念统领盲目的民主自由、用正确的舆论导向抑制泛滥的“幽默言论”、用“人本化”的文化创作瓦解商业化的“文化生产体系”、用优秀的文化环境驱散暴力化的“政治美学”,以使人类社会尽快摆脱“瘟疫”的纠缠从而更加健康地运行和发展。
In the battle of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control,the advanced cultural system of socialism with Chi⁃nese characteristics has played an important role in unifying the mass thought,carrying forward the"great self spirit",purify⁃ing the atmosphere of public opinion,standardizing cultural creation,leading the youth's thought,and stimulating the morale of the masses,which provided a favorable cultural atmosphere and institutional guarantee for winning the battle of epidemic prevention and control.Based on the severe situation of global epidemic prevention and control and the need of benign opera⁃tion of human"post epidemic society",it is necessary to summarize the experience from the great superiority of cultural sys⁃tem in epidemic prevention and control in China,and give enlightenment to the benign operation of human society:we should overcome the egoism of politicians with a unified scientific thought,guide blind democracy and freedom with the core concept of"big self",suppress the rampant"humorous speech"with correct public opinion guidance,use humanistic cultural creation to disintegrate the commercialized"cultural production system"and to dispel violent"political aesthetics"with excel⁃lent cultural environment,so as to make human society get rid of the pestilence of"plague"as soon as possible and operate and develop more healthily.
