摘要
目的分析子宫内膜癌患者血清人第10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶与张力蛋白同源物基因(PTEN)及胸苷激酶-1(TK1)水平变化及其阳性表达与预后的关系。方法选取2016年6月—2018年6月诊治的88例子宫内膜癌患者作为子宫内膜癌组,并选取2017年2月—2019年7月行健康体检的身体健康女性85例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法测定不同临床分期以及不同病理分级子宫内膜癌患者血清PTEN及TK1水平,并分析患者癌组织PTEN及TK1阳性表达与预后的关系。结果与对照组比较,子宫内膜癌组血清PTEN及TK1水平明显升高(P<0.05)。随着临床分期的进展以及病理分级的加重患者血清PTEN及TK1水平亦逐步升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。子宫内膜癌PTEN及TK1高表达者的存活率均明显低于低表达者(P<0.01)。结论血清PTEN及TK1水平与子宫内膜癌患者的临床分期及病理分级密切相关,且癌组织阳性表达越强患者的预后越差。
Objective To analyze the changes of serum gene of phosphatase and tension homology deleted on chromosomal ten(PTEN)and thymidine kinase-1(TK-1)levels in patients with endometrial cancer and the relationship between their positive expression and prognosis.Methods Eighty-eight cases of endometrial cancer diagnosed and treated from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the endometrial cancer group,and 85 healthy women who underwent physical examination from February 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the control group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine the serum levels of PTEN and TK1 in endometrial cancer patients with different clinical stages and pathological grades,and the relationship between the positive expression of PTEN and TK1 in cancer tissues of patients and prognosis was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of PTEN and TK1 were significantly higher in endometrial cancer group(P<0.05).Serum PTEN and TK1 levels also gradually increased with the progression of clinical stage and the aggravation of pathological grade(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The survival rates of endometrial cancer patients with high expression of PTEN and TK1 were significantly lower than those with low expression(P<0.01).Conclusion Serum PTEN and TK1 levels are closely related to clinical stage and pathological grade of endometrial cancer patients,and the stronger the positive expression of cancer tissue,the worse the prognosis of patients.
