摘要
目的分析在老年冠心病住院患者的临床护理中,采用无缝隙护理措施的临床应用效果。方法选取我院于2019年1月至2020年1月收治的老年冠心病患者100例进行分析。随机将收治的老年患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例。给予对照组患者常规护理干预,研究组患者则以常规护理的应用作为基础,加用无缝隙护理。对两组患者的负性情绪评分进行对比,对比两组护理模式下患者的心绞痛状况、不良反应发生情况及护理满意度。结果研究组患者负性情绪评分明显低于对照组的患者、SAQ评分明显高于对照组的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用无缝隙护理模式,使患者在住院期间生理、心理、舒适等方面得到全面的护理,能促进老年冠心病住院患者的心绞痛状况的改善,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical application eff ect of seamless nursing measures in the clinical nursing of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods One hundred elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected for analysis.The elderly patients admitted were randomly divided into two groups,a control group and a research group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,while the patients in the research group were based on the application of routine nursing and added seamless nursing.The negative emotion scores of the two groups of patients were compared,and the angina pectoris,adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the two nursing modes were compared.Results The negative emotion score of the research group was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group,and the SAQ score of the research group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group.The comparison was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was lower than in the control group,the comparison is statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction is higher than the control group,the comparison is statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of seamless nursing model can provide patients with comprehensive nursing care in physiological,psychological,and comfort during hospitalization,which can promote the improvement of angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease,and is worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
