摘要
通过调查一起彩涂钢板夹芯板安装后即出现局部涂层起泡、脱落和锈蚀的质量缺陷原因,观察锈蚀缺陷处的形貌和分析异常元素,明确了异常锈蚀是由含氯元素杂质导致的。调查夹芯板制作过程,检测起泡、锈蚀缺陷周围其他杂质,也发现了氯元素的来源——玻镁板。
Through the investigation of coating blistering,falling off and rusting after the installation of coil coating steel sandwich panel,the morphology observation and abnormal element analysis of the corrosion defects,it was found that the abnormal rusting was caused by chlorine containing contaminants.The further investigation on the manufacturing process of sandwich panel and detection of the contaminants around the blistering and rusting defects also identified that the magnesium oxide board was the source of chlorine.
