摘要
静脉血管畸形(VMs)对人类健康的危害日益加重,病理机制复杂,其中重症静脉血管畸形综合征尚无根治办法。现有研究证据表明半乳糖凝集素3(Gal-3)与血管生成、静脉血栓形成密切相关,Gal-3在VMs组织中高表达,提示Gal-3可能参与VMs的发生与发展,并促进VMs局部血管内凝血(LIC)。本文拟对Gal-3与VMs的关系作一综述。
Venous malformations(VMs)are increasingly harmful to human health with a complex pathological mechanism.Among them,there is no radical cure for severe venous vascular malformation syndrome.Existing research evidences showed that Galectin-3(Gal-3)is closely related to angiogenesis and venous thrombosis.High expression of Gal-3 in VMs tissues suggests Gal-3 may be involved in the occurrence and development of VMs.It also promoted the local intravascular coagulation(LIC)of VMs.In this paper,we will reveiw the relationship between Gal-3 and VMs.
