信号传导及转录活化因子3和X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白在肿瘤组织的表达及其临床意义 被引量:7

Analysis of expression of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3,X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein and clinical biological behavior of endometrial carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨信号传导及转录活化因子3(STAT3)和X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达,以及两者与子宫内膜癌临床生物学行为的关系。方法收集惠州市中心人民医院(中山大学附属惠州医院)和广东医科大学附属医院2015年1月至2020年3月25例正常子宫内膜组织、53例子宫内膜癌组织标本,采用免疫组织化学方法检测其中的STAT3和XIAP的表达水平,计数资料各组比较采用χ^2检验。结果子宫内膜癌组织中的STAT3阳性表达率为79.25%(42/53),明显高于正常子宫内膜组织阳性表达率[24.00%(6/25)],差异有统计学意义(χ^2=21.905,P<0.01);STAT3表达水平与子宫内膜癌组织学分化程度、FIGO分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(分别为χ^2=4.115、5.962、4.862,P<0.05)。子宫内膜癌组织中的XIAP阳性表达率为73.58%(39/53),明显高于正常子宫内膜组织阳性表达率[16.00%(4/25)],差异有统计学意义(χ^2=22.772,P<0.01),XIAP表达水平与子宫内膜癌肌层浸润深度、组织学分化程度、FIGO分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(分别为χ^2=6.564、4.369、6.632、6.086,P<0.05)。结论STAT3和XIAP在子宫内膜癌组织呈高表达,其对子宫内膜癌的诊断及预后评估有一定指导意义。 Objective To analyse the expression of Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3),X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein(XIAP)and clinical biological behaviour in endometrial carcinoma.Methods STAT3 and XIAP expression in 25 cases of normal endometria tissues and 53 cases of human endometrial carcinoma tissues of patients pathologically confirmed From january 2015 to march 2020 on Huizhou Municipal Central Hospital(Affiliated Huizhou Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University)and Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University were examined by using envision immunohistochemical method,The expression of STAT3 and XIAP in the tissues were observed by microscope and analysised by SPSS 20.0 Software.Results The positive rate of STAT3 expression was 79.25%(42/53)in human endometrial carcinoma tissues,higher than 24.00%(6/25)of normal endometria tissues with significant difference(χ^2=21.905,P<0.01),the expressions of STAT3 were associated with human endometrial carcinoma to histological grade,FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis(Respectively,χ^2=4.115,5.962,4.862,P<0.05).the positive rate of XIAP expression was 73.58%(39/53)in human endometrial carcinoma tissues,higher than 16.00%(4/25)of normal endometria tissues with significant difference(χ^2=22.772,P<0.01),the expressions of XIAP were associated with human endometrial carcinoma to invasion depth,histological grade,FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis(Respectively,χ^2=6.564,4.369,6.632,6.086,P<0.05).Conclusion Expressions of STAT3 and XIAP are elevated in human endometrial carcinoma tissues,it has certain guiding significance for the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of human endometrial carcinoma.
