摘要
介绍了醋酸卡泊芬净制备过程,利用制备型HPLC获取了醋酸卡泊芬净的4个杂质。通过对杂质的HPLC、 HRMS和NMR分析,进行了结构确证。追溯了杂质来源,为产品质量控制提供科学参考。
This paper introduced the preparation process of Caspofungin acetate, and four impurities of Caspofungin acetateobtained by pre-HPLC. The structure of impurities was confirmed by HPLC, HRMS and NMR. The impurities sources were investigated and the quality control methods for impurities were established.
