摘要
“人工智能”概念已提出60余年,从“互联网+”升级到“智能+”是技术上的突破,也为政府治理提供了机遇,如为社区防控疫情赋能。目前,“智能+”社区治理还方兴未艾,亟待在社区管理体制机制、资源整合、治理内容、协同参与等方面进一步完善与优化,进而推动社会治理能力和治理体系现代化。
The concept of artificial intelligence has been put forward for more than 60 years.From"Internet+"to"intelligence+",it is a breakthrough in technology and provides opportunities for government governance,such as empowering the community to prevent and control epidemic situation.At present,"intelligence+"community governance is still in the ascendant,and it is urgent to be further improved and optimized in the community management system and mechanism,resource integration,governance content,collaborative participation and other aspects,so as to promote the modernization of social governance capacity and governance system.
