摘要
目的观察克罗恩病合并复杂性肛瘘的综合治疗效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年3月盐城市中医院收治的克罗恩病合并复杂性肛瘘的患者40例为研究对象。随机分为两组,其中对照组20例采用常规治疗,观察组20例采用综合治疗,比较两组患者克罗恩病活动指数(CDAI)、血红蛋白浓度(Hb)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、TNF-α指标及治疗后愈合率。结果观察组CDAI明显降低,观察组治疗前后CRP、TNF-α、Hb、ESR等血液学指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后CRP反应蛋白、TNF-α、Hb、ESR等血液学指标均明显优于对照组治疗后(P<0.05);观察组愈合率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论克罗恩病合并复杂性肛瘘的患者采用综合治疗,有助于改善临床症状,提高其生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive treatment of Crohn’s disease with complex anal fistula.Methods 40 patients with Crohn’s disease and complex anal fistula admitted to the hospital from January,2018 to March,2020 were included in the study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.20 cases in the control group were treated with routine treatment,and 20 cases in the observation group were treated with comprehensive treatment.The indexes of CDAI,hemoglobin con⁃centration,ESR,CRP and the healing rate after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The CDAI of the obser⁃vation group reduced significantly.The hematological indexes of CRP,TNF-α,Hb and ESR before and after treatment in the obser⁃vation group were statistically significant(P<0.05).CRP,TNF-α,Hb,ESR and other hematological indicators of the observation group were all significantly better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The healing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive treatment of Crohn’s disease with complex anal fistu⁃la is helpful to improve clinical symptoms and quality of life.
