摘要
近年来高校突发事件网络舆情对公众的社会生活产生了诸多影响,高校网络舆情危机事件的应对是高校维稳工作面临的重大挑战。本研究与大数据时代的高校网络舆情研判模型的构建具有很强的契合度。运用层次分析法设置权重,构建了高校突发事件网络舆情安全评估的系统,凭借指标监测值进一步确定预警等级,并在此基础上提出"纵向阻断"与"横向切割"的网络舆情应对策略。该系统在一定程度上为高校突发事件网络舆情预警的实现,以及维护高校的网络稳定安全提供依据。
In recent years,the network public opinion of university emergencies had many impacts on the public’s social life. The response to the crisis of network public opinion in universities is a major challenge to the stability maintenance work in universities. This study has a strong agreement with the construction of the university network public opinion judgment model in the era of big data. Using analytic hierarchy process to set weights,a security evaluation system of network public opinion for emergencies in colleges and universities is constructed. The early warning level is further determined by the index monitoring values. On this basis,the countermeasures of "vertical blocking"and "horizontal cutting"of network public opinion are put forward. To a certain extent,the system provides a basis for the realization of the early warning of network public opinion for emergencies in colleges and universities,as well as the maintenance of network stability and security in colleges and universities.
