摘要
再造石是一种利用再生骨料加工的仿石材外观的装饰再生混凝土。介绍了再造石的特点及制备方法,并列举结合GRC工艺的再造石制品应用的工程实例;分析了装饰构件在构件拼接、层间连接方面的技术难题,并针对再生混凝土装饰构件提出相应的优化方案。最后,总结了装饰再生混凝土挂板与主体结构连接方式、传力路径、受力性能及适用范围,提出一种适用于再生混凝土装饰外墙挂板连接体系的简化力学模型。
Recycled stone concrete is a kind of decorative recycled concrete that imitates the appearance ofstone.In this paper,the characteristics and development of recycled stone concrete are introduced,and someengineering examples of recycled stone concrete products regarding GRC process are listed.Besides that,thispaper analyzes the common problems of decorative components in the aspects of splicing and interlayerconnection,and puts forward the corresponding optimization methods for decorative recycled concretecomponents.In the end,the connection mode,load path,mechanical performance and application area of thedecorative recycled concrete panel are summarized,and a simplified mechanical model suitable for theconnection system of decorative recycled concrete panel is proposed.
