摘要
目的探讨丹参滴丸联合西医药物治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的疗效及对心功能、胶原代谢的影响。方法选取2018年12月至2019年11月沈阳市第七人民医院收治的CHF患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(接受常规西医治疗)、丹参滴丸组(接受西医联合丹参滴丸治疗),各45例。比较两组近期疗效、心功能参数[心输出量(CO)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)]水平、胶原代谢指标[基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)、Ⅰ型胶原羧基端交联肽(ICTP)、Ⅲ型前胶原C端肽(PⅢCP)、Ⅲ型前胶原肽(PⅢP)]水平及不良反应。结果治疗后,丹参滴丸组疾病控制率为97.78%,高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05);治疗后,丹参滴丸组CO、LVEF水平高于对照组,LVEDD、LVESD、MMP-1、ICTP、PⅢCP、PⅢP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CHF患者接受丹参滴丸辅助治疗,在优化患者病情方面效果显著,且具有良好的用药安全性。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Danshen Dropping Pills combined with Western medicine on chronic heart failure and its effects on cardiac function and collagen metabolism. Methods A total of ninety patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Seventh People’s Hospital of Shenyang from December 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group(receiving conventional Western medicine treatment) and a Danshen Dripping Pill group(receiving Western medicine combined with Danshen Dripping Pill treatment) according to random number table method, with forty-five cases in each group. The short-term efficacy, cardiac function parameters [cardiac output(CO), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD), left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)] levels, collagen metabolic indicators [matrix metalloproteinase 1(MMP-1), collagen type I carboxy-terminal crosslinking peptide(ICTP), procollagen type Ⅲ(PIIICP), procollagen type Ⅲ(PⅢP)] level and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, disease control rate of Danshen Dripping Pill group was 97.78%, which was higher than 86.67% of control group;after treatment, levels of CO and LVEF in Danshen Dripping Pill were higher than those of control group, levels of LVEDD and LVESD MMP-1, ICTP, PⅢCP and PⅢP were lower than those of control group, there were significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). There were no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between two groups of patients(P>0.05). Conclusion The adjuvant treatment of Danshen Dripping Pills is effective in optimizing the condition of patients with chronic heart failure and has good medication safety.
