摘要
在活性污泥系统中投加化学除磷剂强化除磷效果是目前城市污水处理厂普遍采用的方法之一,但化学除磷剂对PAOs的活性及种群结构的影响尚不清楚。以西安市某城市污水处理厂AAO工艺为对象,通过活性污泥释磷吸磷试验以及荧光原位杂交等方法探讨化学除磷剂对强化生物除磷系统中PAOs的活性及种群影响。结果表明,除磷剂的投加对改善最终出水TP浓度有显著效果,投加除磷剂后污水处理厂出水TP为(0.19±0.05)mg/L。但污泥的释磷、吸磷能力降低40%左右,聚磷菌的含量由10.22%降低至5.05%,污泥中化学磷含量增加5%左右。金属盐投加量(Fe/P)与除磷残余磷浓度呈非线性关系。单因素混凝试验结果表明当金属盐投加量(Fe/P)为3.10时,可使污水处理厂出水满足准Ⅳ类水体排放要求。
Adding chemical phosphorus removal agent to the activated sludge system to enhance the phosphorus removal effect is one of the commonly used methods for high-standard discharge of urban sewage treatment plants,but the effect of chemical phosphorus removal agent on the activity and population structure of PAOs is unclear.This study takes the AAO process of an urban sewage treatment plant in Xi′an as the object,and explores the activity and population of PAOs in the enhanced biological phosphorus removal system through chemical phosphorus removal experiments and fluorescent in situ hybridization.The results show that the addition of phosphorus removal agent has a significant effect on improving the final TP concentration of the effluent.After the addition of phosphorus removal agent,the TP of wastewater treatment plant effluent is(0.19±0.05)mg/L.However,the phosphorus release and absorption capacity of the sludge decreased by about40%,the content of phosphorus accumulating bacteria decreased from 10.22%to 5.05%,and the chemical phosphorus content in the sludge increased by about 5%.The dosage of metal salt(Fe/P)has a nonlinear relationship with the concentration of residual phosphorus.The single-factor coagulation test results show that when the metal salt dosage(Fe/P)is 3.10,the effluent of the sewage treatment plant can meet the quasi-type IV water body discharge requirements.
