摘要
为提高城市客车的燃油经济性,本文以某新型混合动力系统为研究对象,基于CD-CS控制策略与等效燃油消耗最小控制策略(equivalent fuel consumption minimum control strategy,ECMS),在Matlab软件中建立新的能量分配控制策略。利用遗传算法对电机输出转矩和变速装置挡位进行离线优化,生成二维插值表格,利用ADVISOR在C-WTVC循环下进行仿真实验。仿真结果表明,在C-WTVC循环工况下,车辆在电量消耗型-电量维持型(charge depleting-charge sustaining,CD-CS)模式时,采用新的控制策略比并联电机助力控制策略节约油耗分别为6.8%和6.4%。结果表明在CD-CS模式下,等效燃油消耗最小控制策略可以明显提高混合动力客车的燃油经济性。该新型能量分配控制策略具有可行性。
In order to improve the fuel economy of urban buses,this paper takes a new hybrid power system as the research object and establishes a new energy allocation control strategy by combining the CD-CS control strategy and the equivalent fuel consumption minimum control strategy(ECMS)in Matlab.The genetic algorithm was used to optimize the output torque of the motor and the gear shift gear off-line to generate a two-dimensional interpolation table.Advisor software was used to conduct simulation experiments under the driving Cycle-C-WTVC Cycle formed by adjusting the acceleration and deceleration based on WTVC(World Transient Vehicle Cycle).The simulation results show that under the C-WTVC circulation condition,vehicles in charge depleting-charge sustaining(CD-CS)mode,compared with the control strategy of parallel motor,the fuel consumption savings of the new control strategy are 6.8%and 6.4%respectively,indicating that under the CD-CS mode,the equivalent fuel consumption minimum control strategy can significantly improve the fuel economy of hybrid bus.The new energy distribution control strategy is feasible.
