摘要
在水温为(22±1)℃的静水条件下,研究了辛硫磷和甲苯咪唑等2种常用水产杀虫剂对大鳞副泥鳅的急性毒性。结果表明,辛硫磷对大鳞副泥鳅的24 h、48 h和96 h半致死质量浓度分别为0.66 mg·L–1、0.55 mg·L–1和0.52 mg·L–1,安全质量浓度为0.11 mg·L–1;甲苯咪唑对大鳞副泥鳅的24 h、48 h和96 h半致死质量浓度分别为0.56 mg·L–1、0.54 mg·L–1和0.54 mg·L–1,安全质量浓度为0.15 mg·L–1。结果提示辛硫磷和甲苯咪唑对大鳞副泥鳅均属于高毒药物,因此在渔业生产中应严格控制该药物的使用浓度,避免其对水生态系统造成严重的危害。
In this study,the acute toxicity of phoxim and mebendazole on Paramisgurnus dabryanus was studied at water temperature of(22±1)℃by a static test method.The results showed that the median-lethal concentration(LC50)of phoxim was 0.66 mg·L–1 in 24 h,0.55 mg·L–1 in 48 h and 0.52 mg·L–1 in 96 h,and the safe concentration for usage was calculated as 0.11 mg·L–1.The LC50 of mebendazole was found to be 0.56 mg·L–1 in 24 h,0.54 mg·L–1 in 48 h and 0.54 mg·L–1 in 96 h,with safe concentration obtained as 0.15 mg·L–1.The results indicate phoxim and mebendazole are all highly toxic to the Paramisgurnus dabryanus,thus in order to reduce the adverse effects of these drugs on aquatic ecosystems,their dosage should be cautiously controlled when applied in aquaculture.
