摘要
阐述外墙外保温的应用现状和优缺点,介绍说明LS外模板复合保温系统的优缺点和构成情况,通过具体工程实例应用,总结LS外模板复合保温系统的施工工艺流程和其外模板排版、吊运、安装、支撑加固等关键工序的施工技术控制要点。制定外墙阴阳角、外模板拼缝、分隔缝等特殊节点部位的具体施工措施,并对LS外模板复合保温系统中易产生质量通病的工序如何采取具体的施工技术方法确保施工质量加以说明。以期在涉及类似LS外模板复合保温系统的施工质量控制方面提供一些参考。
This paper explains the application status,advantages and disadvantages of external wall external insulation,introduces and explains the advantages and disadvantages and composition of the LS external formwork composite insulation system,through the application of specific engineering examples,summarizes the construction process and external template of LS external formwork composite insulation system and key points of construction technology control for key processes such as layout,lifting,installation,support and reinforcement.Formulate specific construction measures for special joint parts such as external and internal corners,external formwork joints,and separation joints,and explain how to adopt specific construction techniques to ensure construction quality in the LS external formwork composite insulation system.In order to provide some reference in the construction quality control of similar LS external formwork composite insulation system.
