因卒中起病经血管超声诊断为永存舌下动脉1例 被引量：1

摘要 1病例介绍患者女性,60岁,因"右脸及右手麻10小时"于2020年4月7日至吉林省电力医院神经内科门诊就诊,无头晕、头痛、恶心、呕吐、肢体无力或抽搐、视物不清、言语不利、心慌、胸闷、胸痛、发热等,无饮水返呛及吞咽困难。门诊行颅脑MRI检查发现,双侧放射冠区及右侧顶叶多发腔隙性脑梗死、缺血灶;左侧丘脑急性或亚急性期梗死(图1A),以"脑梗死"收住院。既往史:高血压、高血脂、糖尿病多年,未规范治疗。
