沉管钢筋加工及绑扎施工关键技术 被引量:2

Key technology of steel bar processing and binding construction for immersed tube

摘要 襄阳市东西轴线项目沉管管节采用全断面整体式顺序浇筑工艺,钢筋半成品日需求量大,套丝质量难以控制,钢筋绑扎工序复杂。针对钢筋配料设计、加工,套丝接头质量控制,钢筋绑扎施工等关键环节进行分析。通过优化钢筋配料设计,严控套丝质量及检验技术,自动化设备加工钢筋,BIM技术现场模拟等措施,保证了套筒接头的施工质量,大幅减少了接头数量及废料量,优化了钢筋绑扎工序。经现场验证,钢筋绑扎工效高,大幅度缩短了工期。 The sinking pipe joint of the east-west axis project of Xiangyang City adopts the full-section integral sequential pouring technology,the daily demand of semi-finished steel bars is great,the quality of threading is difficult to control,and the reinforcing bar binding process is complex.We analyzed the key links of the design and processing of the steel bar batching,the quality control of the threading joint,and the construction of the steel bar binding.The construction quality of sleeve joint was guaranteed,the number of joints and the amount of waste were sharply reduced,and the steel binding process was optimized by optimizing the design of steel bar batching,strictly controlling the quality and inspection technology of threading,processing reinforcement with automatic equipment,and field simulation of BIM technology.The field verification shows that the steel bar binding work efficiency is high,and the construction period is greatly saved.
