摘要
自发性食管破裂(SRE)是一种罕见但严重且死亡率高的疾病。目前关于自发性食管破裂的研究有限,相关的诊疗流程并未形成规范或共识,多依赖于医师的临床经验,导致了较高的误诊率。因此,全面地认识自发性食管破裂的临床表现、解剖特征及临床诊断与干预措施等方面有助于胸外科医师及时、有效地做出判断与治疗,改善患者预后。此综述复习相关的基础研究与临床研究,探讨自发性食管破裂的诊断与外科治疗现状。
Spontaneous rupture of esophagus(SRE)is a rare but serious disease with high mortality.At present,studies on spontaneous esophageal rupture are limited,and relevant diagnosis and treatment procedures have not formed norms or consensus,which mostly rely on doctors'clinical experience,leading to a high rate of misdiagnosis.Therefore,a comprehensive understanding of the clinical manifestations,anatomical characteristics,clinical diagnosis and intervention measures of spontaneous esophageal rupture is helpful for thoracic surgeons to make timely and effective judgment and treatment,and improve the prognosis of patients.This article reviews the basic research and clinical research,and discusses the diagnosis and surgical treatment of spontaneous rupture of the esophagus.
