摘要
介绍了火电企业设备点检制管理存在的短板,并对项目化管理方式在火电企业的应用及前景进行了展望。在火电企业的设备管理中引入项目化管理方式,对生产设备管理中的各环节进行统筹与整合,解决设备缺陷频发、资金积压量大、成本不易受控等问题,实现对火电企业设备的检修、运行、技改、技术监督等工作全周期一体化的管理,能有效地加快生产信息的处理效率,极大提高大型火电企业对安全、质量、环保、成本等的管控力度,达到提质增效、节能减排,提升综合效益的作用。
The shortcomings of spot inspection management in thermal power enterprises are introduced,and the application and prospect of project management in thermal power enterprises are forecasted.The introduction of project management in thermal power enterprise equipment management mode,each link of the production equipment management plan as a whole and integrated,solve the frequent equipment defects,problems such as large amount of capital backlog,the cost is not easily controlled,the implementation of thermal power enterprise equipment maintenance,operation,technical renovation and technical supervision work full cycle integrated management,can effectively speed up the production efficiency of information processing,greatly improve the large thermal power enterprise of safety,quality,environmental protection,cost control,to mention mass efficiency,energy conservation and emissions reduction,enhance comprehensive benefits.
