摘要
文章介绍了地震地质学中断裂活动性的概念及其对当今防震减灾事业发展的局限性,强调加强断裂当今活动性的监测,特别是推广与应用受地表气象、水文、对人类活动干扰少而弱的断裂深部活动性信息的监测新技术,即跨断层锚索牛顿力监测、断裂带释放气体与热监测的新技术,能提升断裂活动性监测的时间尺度及其在防震减灾事业中的实用性。
This paper introduces the concept of fault activity in seismic geology and its limitation to the development of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.It emphasizes on strengthening the monitoring of fault activity,especially the promotion and application of new monitoring technology for deep fault activity information with little and weak interference from surface meteorology,hydrology and human activities.That is,the new technology of monitoring of Newtonian forces of cross-fault anchors,gas release and heat monitoring of the fault zone,which can improve the time scale of fault activity monitoring and its practicality in earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.
