摘要
目的:观察眼眶下壁爆裂性骨折眶下神经损伤的手术治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析浙江新安国际医院2018年1月至2019年12月眶下壁骨折眶下神经损伤后2周神经功能不能恢复者57例(57眼)的临床资料。患者分为两组,行眶下壁骨折缺损修补联合眶下神经松解手术者29例为试验组;营养神经及改善循环等药物治疗者28例为对照组。随访6个月,观察神经功能恢复情况。结果:治疗后1、3及6个月试验组神经恢复的效果明显优于对照组(Z=3.381、4.165、3.782;P=0.013、0.008、0.011)。结论:眶下壁骨折合并眶下神经损伤者,手术治疗神经功能恢复效果良好,优于药物治疗者。
Objective To observe the surgical efficacy of infraorbital nerve injury in blowout fracture of infraorbital wall.Methods The clinical data of 57 eyes of 57 cases of infraorbital nerve injury without neurological function recovery at 2 weeks after infraorbital wall fracture from Jan.2018 to Dec.2019 in Zhejiang Xin’an International Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were divided into two groups.The trial group,29 cases were treated with repair of fracture defect of infraorbital wall and release of infraorbital nerve.The control group,28 cases were treated with drugs such as nourishing nerves and improving circulation.After treatment,the recovery of nerve function was observed.The follow-up time was 6 months.Results The efficacy of nerve recovery in the trial group was significantly better than that in the control group at 1,3 and 6 months after treatment(Z=3.381,4.165,3.782;P=0.013,0.008,0.011).Conclusion For the patients with infraorbital wall fracture and infraorbital nerve injury,surgery treatment has a better efficacy on the recovery of nerve function than that of the drug treatment.
