摘要
目的:观察作者设计的重睑单切口延长并横"V"成形术治疗"单睑伴内眦赘皮"的效果。方法:回顾性病例研究。郑州大学第二附属医院2017年6月至2019年6月对310例(620眼)单睑合并内眦赘皮采用作者设计的重睑单切口延长并横"V"成形术矫治。随访3个月~2年,观察手术效果。结果:术后内眦赘皮有效矫正,重睑形态美观自然,无明显瘢痕形成,患者满意。结论:作者设计的重睑单切口延长并横"V"成形术治疗单睑伴内眦赘皮,方法简便,手术效果好。
Objective To observe the efficacy of new designed prolongation of single incision of double eyelid and transverse"V"plasty for"single eyelid"with epicanthus.Methods This was a retrospective study.A total of 620 eyes of 310 cases were treated with new designed prolongation of single incision of double eyelid and transverse"V"plasty from Jun.2017 to Jun.2019 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.The follow-up time was 3 months to 2 years.The efficacy was observed.Results After surgery,the epicanthus was effectively corrected,and the appearance of the double eyelid was beautiful and natural,without obvious scar formation.All patients were satisfied.Conclusion The prolongation of single eyelid and transverse"V"angioplasty designed by the authors for the treatment of single eyelid with epicanthus is simple,safe and effective.
