GnRH-a联合腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的近远期疗效评价

摘要 目的:探讨使用GnRH-a联合腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的近远期疗效评价。方法:选取2016年6月至2019年6月本院进行治疗的例子宫内膜异位症患者共48例,随机分为对照组(A组)和实验组(B组),每组各24例。对照组(A组)患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗的方法进行治疗,实验组(B组)患者在腹腔镜手术治疗的基础上加以上联合GnRH-a治疗的方.法进行治疗,通过对比两组患者的治疗效果,研究两种治疗方法的疗效价值。.结果:实验组(B组)其治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(A组)(P<005),差异具有统计学意义。另外B组的患者的并发症发生率也优于A组(P<005),差异具有统计学意义。结论:总体来看使用GnRH-a联合腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位患者的疗效显著,并且有助于提高患者的妊娠几率、促进患者妊娠的成功率,减少流产的可能性,并且提高患者满意度,因此建议在其他医疗单位中推广应用。
