摘要
目的:探讨人文关怀在恶性肿瘤患者护理中的应用。方法:从我院2019年2月至2019年12月期间收治的恶性肿瘤患者中,随机抽取50例作为实验的研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其随机划分为研究组25例,参照组25例。研究组进行人文关怀,参照组实施常规护理,观察两组患者护.理前后心理状态改善情况、患者生活质量情况、护理满意度,并比较结果。结果:护理前两组患者SAS评分、OLO-C30评分无明显差异(P.>005),护理后研究组患者SAS评分、OLO-C30评分均明显低于对照组,且护理满意度明显高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<005)。结论:人文关怀对恶性肿瘤患者的护理有积极的作用,有着更好的推广价值。
Objective:To explore the application of humanistic care in the nursing care of patients with malignant tumors.Methods:From February 2019 to December 2019,50 patients with malignant tumor in our hospital were randomly selected as experimental subjects,and were randomly divided into study group(25 cases)and control group(25 cases).The study group carried out humanistic care,the control group carried out routine care,observed the two groups before and after the improvement of mental state,patients’quality of life,nursing satisfaction,and compared the results.Results:There was no significant difference in SAS and OLO-C30 scores between the two groups before Nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and OLO-C30 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the degree of nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group,there was significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic Care has a positive effect on the nursing of patients with malignant tumor,and has a better promotion value.
