摘要
文章透过玻纤复合材料桨叶试件的叠层结构特性分析,根据其数控加工要求把控数控加工要点,进而采用三轴超声辅助数控加工装置,确定加工装置的基本组件及功能模块后,基于桨叶试件的不同规格,创新性的应用变参数加工方法,以玻纤复合材料与金属材料各自的最优参数进行多轴数控加工,并通过实验分析,获知采用多轴数控加工装置及变参数工艺方法,可减少桨叶试件的毛刺、撕裂及孔壁粗糙度,达到了预期的数控加工效果。
This paper analyzes the laminated structure characteristics of the glass fiber composite blade specimen,and controls the key points of CNC machining according to its CNC machining requirements,and then uses a threeaxis ultrasonic auxiliary CNC machining device.After determining the basic components and functional modules of the machining device,based on the different specifications of the blade specimen,the variable parameter processing method is applied innovatively,and the optimal parameters of glass fiber composite material and metal material are used for multi axis CNC machining.Through the experimental analysis,it is known that the multi axis CNC machin⁃ing device and variable parameter process method can reduce the burr,tearing and hole wall roughness of the blade specimen,and achieve the expected CNC machining effect.
