Aim:To explore the application effect of hospital-community-family linkage program in rehabilitation practice of female stress urinary incontinence(SUI)patients. Methods:A total of 87 SUI patients were allocated into 2 groups. The control group(43 patients)implemented routine intervention, and the intervention group(44 patients)implemented a hospital-community-family linkage intervention program. The intervention effect was evaluated by the 1-hour urine pad test, the urinary incontinence self-efficacy scale(GSE-UI),and the international consultation on incontinence questionnaire urinary incontinence short form Chinese(ICI-Q-SF)before and at 1,3,and 6 months after the intervention. Results:The 1-hour urine pad test,ICI-Q-SF score,GSE-UI score of the two groups 3 months and 6 months after the intervention were significantly different from those before the intervention, and the improvement of urinary incontinence in the intervention group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Female SUI hospital-community-family linkage program can effectively improve patients′urinary incontinence symptoms, increase patients′participation and cooperation in the rehabilitation treatment, strengthen patients′self-management ability, and effectively improve prognosis.
