摘要
民主管理是促进医院持续、稳定、和谐发展的重要工作,工会组织在民主管理工作中发挥着至关重要的约束与规范作用。在新的发展时期,应加强对工会的重视,发挥其在民主管理工作中的作用,进一步调动全体职工的工作积极性与主动性,促进医院业务经营活动高效进行,推动医院有序、持续发展。论文在分析医院工会在民主管理中的作用基础上,进一步分析医院工会在民主管理中发挥作用的策略。
Democratic management is an important work to promote the sustainable,stable and harmonious development of the hospital.Labor union organizations play an important role in restraining and regulating democratic management work.In the new development period,hospital should pay more attention to the labor union,give full play to its role in democratic management work,further mobilize the work enthusiasm and initiative of all employees,promote the efficient development of hospital business activities,and promote the orderly and sustainable development of the hospital.Based on the analysis of the role of hospital labor union in democratic management,this paper further analyzes the strategies of hospital labor union in playing its role in democratic management.
