摘要
目的了解护士对护士处方权的信念与态度,为医疗决策者制订相关政策、扩展护理服务内容提供参考依据。方法采用方便抽样法,根据相关参考文献自制护士对护士处方权信念与态度量表对广州市三级甲等医院工作3年以上的152名护士进行线上问卷调查,并进行多元线性回归分析。结果 152名护士对护士处方权信念与态度得分为(97.79±13.30)分;护士的护龄、职称以及是否为专科护士影响其对护士处方权的信念与态度(均P<0.05);专科护士对护士处方权的信念与意向强于非专科护士(P<0.05);98.03%护士认为护士应拥有部分药物的处方权;69.74%护士认为其申请资格应为全日制本科学历以上。结论护士对护士处方权的信念与态度呈积极态度,建议护士处方权的申请资格应具备10年以上护龄、主管护师职称以上和全日制本科以上,并在实施的初始阶段可以协议或补充处方的形式先在专科护士中试行并逐步推广。
Objective To understand nurses’belief in and attitudes towards nurse’s prescription right so as to provide a reference for medical decision makers to formulate relevant policies and expand the scope of nursing service.Methods One hundred and fifty-two nurses with at least 3 years of nursing experience in a general hospital in Guangzhou were enrolled in the survey by using the scale of nurses’attitudes towards and belief in nurse’s prescription right.The influence factors were detected by univariate analysis,and the factors with statistical significance were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results The average score of the 152 nurses’belief in and attitude towards nurse prescription right was(97.79±13.30).Such factors as work experience,professional title and whether they were specialist nurses affected their attitudes towards and belief in the nurse’s prescription right(P<0.05).Meanwhile,nurse specialists had higher beliefs in and intentions to the prescription right than common nurses.98.03%of them believed that nurses should be permitted to prescribe certain drugs.69.74%of them believed that nurses applying for the right should hold a full-time bachelor’s degree or above.Conclusions Nurses have positive attitudes towards and beliefs in the nurse’s prescription.A minimum of 10 years’clinical work experience,a professional title of supervisor nurses and a minimum education of bachelor’s degree are suggested as entry qualifications for the right.It is suggested that nurse’s prescription right be tried out among nurse specialists at the initial stage.
