摘要
吸鱼泵是一种重要的渔业现代化设备,在水产养殖和渔业捕捞生产中具有广阔的应用前景。为了快速、全面地了解全球吸鱼泵相关专利的申请情况,本研究基于incoPat数据库,根据国内外申请趋势、地域分布、国内主要申请人和典型专利技术等方面的数据,对全球范围内的吸鱼泵相关专利进行统计分析。结果表明,吸鱼泵的发展趋势与世界海洋捕捞产业以及深远海养殖业的发展趋势一致;国内企业、专业院校和科研院所均已意识到吸鱼泵的潜在市场价值,对吸鱼泵技术的研究投入了较多关注,并且积极申请专利保护;尽管国内吸鱼泵相关专利申请在数量上占据较大优势,但大部分专利技术的质量与渔业发达国家相比仍存在一定差距。本研究的分析结果能够为吸鱼泵技术进一步发展提供参考。
The fish pump is an important modern fishery equipment,and it has broad application prospects in aquaculture and fishery production.In order to quickly and comprehensively understand the status of the global patent applications of the fish pump,based on incoPat,this paper made a statistical analysis on the global patent applications according to the patent application trend,geographical distribution,major domestic applicants,typical patent technologies,etc.The results showed that the development trend of the fish pump was consistent with that of the world marine fishing industry and the aquaculture industry in deep sea.With the awareness of the potential market value of the fish pump,domestic enterprises,professional colleges and scientific research institutes have paid much attention to the technology research of the fish pump,and have actively applied for the patent protection.Although the domestic patent applications of the fish pump dominated in quantity,most of the quality of the patented technologies have a certain disparity in contrast to the developed countries.The analysis results of this paper can provide a reference for the further technology study on the fish pump.
