大缸径低速二冲程船用柴油机喷油参数的仿真及优化 被引量:3

Simulation and Optimization of Fuel Injection Parameters for Large-Bore Low-Speed Two-Stroke Marine Diesel Engine

摘要 利用Converge软件建立大缸径低速二冲程船用柴油机三维仿真模型,分别探究油束水平夹角、水平旋转角度、竖直旋转角度对其燃烧及排放的影响,并结合微种群遗传算法对包括燃油喷射方向、喷孔直径、喷油压力等喷油参数进行优化研究.研究结果表明,燃油喷射方向主要影响缸内混合气的分布.通过微种群遗传算法优化,优化喷油参数后的算例相比于原机算例,NOx排放降低29.91%,指示燃油消耗率仅增加0.74%,表明综合优化大缸径低速二冲程船用柴油机喷油参数对降低排放具有一定的潜力. A three-dimensional simulation model of a large-bore low-speed two-stroke marine diesel engine was set up with the Converge package.The effects of injector horizontal angle,and the horizontal and vertical rotation angles on its combustion and emissions are investigated at first.Then,combined with the micro-genetic algorithm,the fuel injection parameters including fuel injection direction,orifice diameter and injection pressure were optimized.Research results show that the fuel injection direction greatly affects the in-cylinder mixture distribution.Through the optimization using the micro-genetic algorithm,the NOx emission can be reduced by 29.91%compared with that of the original case,while the indicated specific fuel consumption only increases by 0.74%,indicating certain potential of the optimization of fuel injection parameters in reducing emissions.
