摘要
西堠门公铁两用大桥为主跨1 488m的斜拉-悬索协作体系桥。5号桥塔基础水深最深约60m,墩位处海床面高程为-60^-45m;300年一遇最大流速为3.47m/s;100年一遇最大浪高为7.80m;地基为岩石地基,基本无覆盖层。针对5号桥塔基础水深、波流及地质条件,提出了大直径钻孔桩基础(36Φ5.0m、24Φ5.8m、18Φ6.3m3种)、设置沉箱基础、设置沉井基础及超大直径管柱+钻孔桩组合基础等方案,从结构构造、受力特性、施工方案及经济性等方面对4种基础方案进行综合比选,推荐采用施工工艺较成熟、风险相比更小、经济性更好的18Φ6.3m大直径钻孔桩基础方案。
The Xihoumen Rail-cum-Road Bridge is a combined cable-stayed and suspension bridge with a main span of 1 488 m.The foundation of pylon No.5 is located where the maximum water depth reaches about 60 mand the elevation of seabed measures-60 mto-45 m.The maximum current velocity in 300-year return period is 3.47 m/s,the maximum wave height in100-year return period is 7.80 m,and the location of the foundation features rocks without overburden.To deal with the deep water,current velocity and geological conditions,four foundation options were considered for the pylon No.5,including the large-diameter bored piles(such as the composition of 36 piles of 5.0 mdiameter,24 piles of 5.8 mdiameter,18 piles of 6.3 m diameter),caisson,open caisson as well as the combined utilization of large-diameter colonnades and bored piles.These foundation options were compared from aspects of structural composition,load bearing behaviors,construction schemes and economy,and the option of 18,Φ6.3 mbored piles was finally chosen,which won for the ease-of-construction,low potential risk and better economic performance.
