摘要
通过直接酸溶与微波消解酸溶法溶解样品对比,建立了用硝酸、盐酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸处理样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定稀土矿中16种元素含量的方法。采用103 Rh作为内标消除干扰,确定了最优测定条件,在最佳测定条件下,16种稀土元素检出限为0.0029~0.0099ng/mL,测定范围为0.0005%~0.020%,加标回收率在92.6%~118%。用国家标准物质验证了方法的可行性及准确性。方法简单易操作,结果可靠,能满足实验分析要求。
The method of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was established for determination of 16 elements in rare earth ores.The method with nitric acid,hydrochloric acid,hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid has been developed,which is based on the comparison of microwave digestion with acid digestion.103 Rh was used as the internal standard to eliminate the interference and the optimum determination conditions were determined.The detection limits of 16 rare earth elements were 0.0029—0.0099 ng/mL,the determination range was 0.0005%—0.020%and the recovery of indium is 92.6%—118%.The feasibility and accuracy of the method are verified by the national reference materials.The method is simple,easy to operate and reliable,which can meet the requirements of experimental analysis.
