摘要
当前,SD卡在便携式储存领域有着广泛的应用。其读写系统方案从数据输入、中央处理器、处理电路以及数据输出等模块进行对比分析论证。通过分析SD卡的特点及对SD卡读写操作的时序要求,实现了单片机在SPI模式下对SD卡扇区的读写。测试结果表明,基于51单片机的SD卡读写系统具有较好的性价比和应用价值。
SD card is widely used in portable storage at present.The system was designed according to the analyzed scheme of data input,central processing unit,processing circuit,data output module etc.After analyzing the characteristics of SD card,the timing requirements of SD card reading and writing operation were taken into account.At last the function of reading and writing SD card sector in SPI mode by SCM was realized.The test results show that the system of SD card reading and writing,which is based on 51 MCU,has good cost performance and certain application value.
