摘要
冠心病是临床上较为常见的疾病,该疾病患者的主要症状是心绞痛.文章研究分析健康教育结合中医辨证护理在社区冠心病心绞痛患者中的应用效果,选取2018年5月~2020年4月社区冠心病心绞痛患者90例作为研究对象,将其分为对照组和研究组,各组45例.其中对照组为西医护理,研究组在西医护理的基础上,健康教育结合中医辨证护理.对两组患者的心理状态、中医症状积分、西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分进行对比.结果得出:两组患者在护理前的心理状态、中医症状积分、SAQ评分无明显差异(P>0.05),经护理后,研究组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和中医症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05),且SAQ高于对照组(P<0.05).对社区冠心病心绞痛患者实施健康教育结合中医辨证护理,能有效提高患者对疾病的认识程度,改善患者的心态,减少心绞痛发作,提高患者的生活质量.
Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a common disease in clinical practice,and the main symptom of the disease is angina pectoris.In order to study the application effect of health education in patients with community coronary angina in combination with Chinese medicine dialectical care,90 cases of community patients with coronary heart disease and angina from May 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into control group and study group,with 45 cases respectively,of which the control group was Western medicine nursing and the research group was health education and Chinese medicine dialectical nursing.The psychological state,TCM symptom scores,and Seattle Angina scale(SAQ)scores were compared between the two groups.The results showed that there was no significant difference among psychological state,TCM symptom score and SAQ score between the two groups before nursing.After nursing,the scores of anxiety self-test scale(SAS),depression self-test scale(SDS)and TCM symptom score of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)and SAQ was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The implementation of health education and dialectical care for patients with coronary angina in the community can effectively improve the patient's awareness of the disease,improve the patient's negative mentality,reduce angina attacks,and improve the patient's quality of life.
