摘要
针对某发动机低涡叶片数量较多带来的叶片排布费时问题进行理论分析和试验对比研究,结果表明,低压涡轮叶片采用称质量和称质量矩效果接近,相比之下,叶片称质量操作方便、高效、重复性误差小,可有效提高叶片排布生产效率。
In order to solve the time-consuming problem of blade arrangement caused by the large number of low vortex blades in an engine,the theoretical analysis and experimental comparison were carried out,the results showed that the effect of weight and weight moment of low pressure turbine blade was close to each other.In contrast,the blade weight is easy to operate,high efficiency and small repeatability error,which can effectively improve the production efficiency of blade arrangement.
