摘要
本研究旨在评估天然斜发沸石和甲酸改性斜发沸石对肉鸡性能、肠道形态、发育及消化酶活性的影响。试验选择初始体重接近的1日龄肉仔鸡330只,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复22只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理组分别在基础日粮中添加1%的天然或甲酸改性斜发沸石,试验共进行42 d。结果:日粮添加斜发沸石对肉鸡生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。甲酸改性斜发沸石组空肠绒毛高度显著高于其他两组(P<0.05)。天然斜发沸石组空肠绒毛高度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但低于甲酸改性斜发沸石组(P<0.05)。处理组回肠雏鸡回肠绒毛高度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在整个试验期间,天然和甲酸改性斜发沸石组较对照组提高了十二指肠、空肠和回肠内容物蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性(P<0.05)。结论:在肉鸡日粮中添加天然或甲酸改性斜发沸石对肉鸡肠道形态、肠道发育和肠道消化酶活性均有一定的促进作用。
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of natural and formic acid modified clinoptilolite on broiler performance,intestinal morphology,development and digestive enzyme activity.A total of 3301-d broilers with similar initial weight were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 replicates for each group and 22 chickens for each replicate.The control group was fed the basic diet,and the treatment group was fed the basic diet with 1%natural or formic acid modified clinoptilolite.The experiment was carried out for 42 days.Results:adding clinoptilolite to the diet had no significant effect on the growth performance of broilers(P>0.05).The height of jejunum villi in the formic acid modified clinoptilolite group by was significantly higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).The height of jejunum villi in the natural clinoptilolite group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),but lower than that in the formic acid modified clinoptilolite group(P<0.05).The height of villi in ileum chicks in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).During the whole experiment period,the activity of protease,trypsin,chymotrypsin and amylase of duodenal,jejunal and ileum contents was increased in the natural and formic acid modified clinoptilolite groups when compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:adding natural or formic acid modified clinoptilolite to broiler diet can promote the intestinal morphology,development and digestive enzyme activity of broiler.
