摘要
加强党风廉政建设是公立医院落实全面从严治党的必然要求,也是公立医院更好履行救死扶伤、立德树人的社会责任,构建和谐的医患关系,是实现自身可持续健康发展的保障。新时代背景下,对公立医院党风廉政建设在思想意识、制度规范、队伍建设、工作机制等关键领域面临的现实困境进行分析,提出公立医院紧抓"两个责任"、强化纪律建设、健全制度体系、注重廉洁教育、优化队伍结构,以党风廉政建设新成效推进公立医院治理体系和治理能力现代化的优化策略。
Strengthening the construction of party conduct and clean government is an inevitable requirement for public hospitals to implement comprehensive and strict governance of the party.It is also a guarantee for public hospitals to better fulfill their social responsibilities of rescuing the wounded and helping the wounded,to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and to realize their sustainable and healthy development.Under the background of the new era,this paper analyzes the practical difficulties faced by the construction of party conduct and clean government in public hospitals in ideological awareness,system specification,team building,working mechanism and other key areas,and puts forward that public hospitals should pay close attention to"two responsibilities",strengthen discipline construction,improve system,pay attention to integrity education,and optimize team structure,so as to promote public hospital governance with new achievements of party conduct and clean government construction optimization strategy of system and governance modernization.
