摘要
促进综合公立医院医防深度融合是落实常态化疫情防控要求、促进医院高质量发展、彰显医防合力效能的必然选择。深入阐述我国公立医院医防融合存在的关键问题,创新性地引入生物学中的共生理论,翔实、具体地从共生单元、共生模式、共生基质、共生环境4大方面分析公立医院医防融合服务的共生要素,并提出保证共生单元力量均衡、建立互利共生发展模式、打牢共生机制、营造和谐共生环境的发展路径,助推公立医院医与防深度融合共生。
Promoting the deep integration of medical and preventive work in integrated public hospitals is an inevitable choice for implementing the requirements of normalized epidemic prevention and control,promoting high-quality reform and development of hospitals,and demonstrating the effectiveness of medical prevention.This study elaborates the key issues in the integration of medical prevention in public hospitals in China,and introduces the theory of symbiosis in biology.It analyzes the problem from four symbiotic elements,including symbiotic unit,symbiotic mode,symbiotic matrix and symbiotic environment,and proposes development strategies,such as ensuring the balance of symbiotic unit power,establishing a mutually beneficial symbiotic development model,laying a symbiotic mechanism,creating a strong and harmonious symbiotic environment,and boosting the integration of medical and prevention.
