摘要
针对某船主动力装置中齿轮箱滑油压力在短时间内2次突降到报警值以下,并引发主动力系统故障报警现象,在对该齿轮箱滑油管路、阀门和滤器进行排查的基础上,对齿轮箱轴带滑油泵和滑油溢流阀进行了多次振动监测,并对测量数据进行分析,发现故障时溢流阀振动加速度信号存在明显的由泄油激发的冲击信号频率特征,由此诊断溢流阀存在故障隐患。更换溢流阀后,故障排除。
In view of the fact that the oil pressure of the gear box suddenly drops below the alarm value twice in a short time and causes the fault alarm phenomenon of the active force system in a ship’s active force device,on the basis of checking the oil pipeline,valve and filter of the gear box,the vibration monitoring of the gear box shaft oil pump and oil relief valve is carried out many times,and the measurement data are analyzed.It is found that the vibration acceleration signal of the relief valve has obvious frequency characteristics of the shock signal excited by the oil during the fault,thus the fault hidden danger of the relief valve is diagnosed.After replacing the overflow valve,the fault was eliminated.
